Job Overview

As a Delivery Manager, you are accountable for ensuring assigned initiatives are delivered on time, within quality standards, and commercially ready for launch.


You will take ownership of how delivery happens — from planning and coordination through execution and handover — ensuring that every step of the process runs smoothly and that the final outcome meets both business and technical requirements.


This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with Product Owners, UI/UX, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to manage the end-to-end delivery cycle. You will also help implement and operate a new, collaboration-focused delivery process that works for both planned roadmap initiatives and urgent, unplanned priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Full Delivery Accountability
    • Own the "how" for assigned initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within agreed quality standards, and fully prepared for commercial launch.
    • Manage timelines, dependencies, and resources to maintain delivery commitments.
    • Track delivery metrics and proactively address risks, issues, or scope changes before they impact the outcome.
  • Day-to-Day Delivery Management
    • Oversee the daily execution of work, ensuring teams stay aligned on priorities and deliverables.
    • Facilitate delivery ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospectives.
    • Remove blockers and ensure smooth collaboration across all functions involved in the initiative.
  • Process Implementation and Continuous Improvement
    • Support the design, rollout, and operation of a delivery process that accommodates both planned and unplanned work.
    • Maintain visibility and transparency of delivery progress for all stakeholders.
    • Identify improvement opportunities and work with leadership to refine delivery workflows and governance.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Partner with Product Owners, UI/UX, BAs, and Engineering Leads to ensure requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with business priorities.
    • Work closely with Engineering and QA to ensure quality is built in at every stage of delivery.
    • Coordinate readiness activities with Commercial, Support, and other teams to ensure smooth launch and adoption.
    • Team Enablement and Culture
      • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous delivery within working teams.
      • Ensure all team members understand the context and objectives behind their work.
      • Promote agility, adaptability, and focus on value delivery over pure output.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project or delivery management for technology products or services.
  • Strong knowledge of agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) with experience in end-to-end execution.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering initiatives on time, to quality, and commercially ready.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
