Job Overview

The Product Delivery Manager (PDM) drives the end-to-end success of assigned initiatives—from discovery and requirements design to development, launch, and iteration.

This role combines the strategic ownership of a Product Owner with the execution discipline of a Project Manager, ensuring that every initiative is delivered on time, meets quality standards, and is commercially ready for launch.

Operating within AIG’s delivery framework, the PDM serves as the single point of accountability for assigned products or initiatives, managing priorities, defining goals, and driving cross-functional execution aligned with m360’s business strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Define clear goals, success metrics, and outcomes for assigned initiatives aligned with product and business strategy.
  • Gather, validate, and prioritize product and customer requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable backlogs and delivery priorities.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery plan, ensuring timely execution within quality and readiness standards.
  • Lead agile ceremonies including planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews to maintain alignment and delivery momentum.
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and unplanned work while keeping delivery predictable.
  • Partner with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, and Commercial teams to ensure delivery quality and go-to-market readiness.
  • Oversee validation, testing, and UAT to confirm product performance and reliability.
  • Monitor delivery and product quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement based on results and feedback.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and shared accountability across teams.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager in a technology or software organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage initiatives end-to-end—from ideation to commercial launch.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and leading cross-functional teams.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to balance business needs, technical feasibility, and delivery capacity.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Other Requirements:

  • Professional certification in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management (e.g., CSM, PMP, PSPO) is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
