The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and developing and executing growth strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, a proven sales and partnership track record, and the ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion. The successful candidate will be a key driver of our revenue and market expansion efforts.
Strategy and Planning
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to achieve business growth targets, including financial forecasts and resource planning.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new customer segments, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Analyze potential opportunities and create business cases for new initiatives.
• Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all business development activities.
Business Development Execution and Partnerships
• Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
• Lead the end-to-end sales and partnership cycle, including pitching, negotiation, and closing complex commercial agreements.
• Drive revenue generation to meet or exceed sales and growth targets.
