Job Overview

The Sr. Full-Stack Engineer is responsible for the execution and delivery of m360's full-stack applications and systems to meet business goals, functional requirements, availability and performance SLAs. The primary focus areas for this role is in planning, designing, building, testing and integrating front-end interfaces, back-end, data and related services.

This position is expected to provide hands-on software engineering contribution to m360 systems and processes; day-to-day responsibilities include driving full-stack development lifecycles and cross-functional feature delivery to ensure projects and systems delivered hit their business targets; provide support in the triage and resolution of client-side, server-side, data-side issues to maintain operational efficiency and uptime; pursue technical innovation excellence through continuous upskilling and practice of mature, up-to-date and emerging technologies and understanding the value and impact of technology when applied into m360's systems and processes.

Responsibilities

Development and maintenance of applications, systems, platform components, and other technical artifacts that power m360's products and services.
Development and maintenance of m360 systems and components that are part of the layered architecture, including but not limited to frontend, backend, data, and integration layers.
Ensure contribution and full support to the software development lifecycle contribution, from planning, ideation, system design, technical story refinement, code implementation and reviews, multi-environment testing, deployment and release initiatives.
Application management and production support, including adherence to policy and enforcement through monitoring, troubleshooting, auditing, and reviews.
Maintain secure systems development practice and compliance, in accordance with ISO-27001 standard.
Continuous learning to ensure upskilling, technical capabilities and technologies are up to date.
Ensure hybrid role, with role flexibility not limited to current technical and business domains.

Qualifications

Education:

University degree – Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or related course

Experience:

At least 4+ years Industry Experience
Strong experience in hands-on Programming, in languages such as: Python, PHP, Javascript, Java
Experience with API Development, with experience in at least HTTP APIs / REST / JSON / XML / SOAP; in building secure and scalable API servers and API client consumers for integration to external systems.
Experience with Backend Backing Services and Async Workers; design and implementing systems using asynchronous workers, queues, message brokers, background / cron jobs, batch processing.
Experience with Frontend Web-based Development, including experience in full-stack Web frameworks and Single-Page apps web frameworks (Javascript, Vue, React)
Experience with CI/CD Pipelines, SDLC processes, DevSecOps, release and deployment strategies.
Experience with Linux, Virtualization/Containers/Docker, and unix system concepts
Articulate in communicating customer impact, technical design choices, tradeoffs
Experience in providing on-call/24x7 support and services in a rapidly expanding business environment.
Intellectual capacity to understand complex problems and explain them in simple terms to business users, and hands-on development and programming.
Stakeholder and risk management, task and priority management, is a plus.
