Job Overview

The Strategy Manager supports the Head of Strategy and Growth by translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring consistent execution, and providing the analysis and insights needed for informed decision-making. The role acts as the central hub for tracking OKRs, performance monitoring, cross-functional alignment, and generating insights and recommendations to help m360 scale sustainably.

Responsibilities
  • OKR & Performance Monitoring: Lead the tracking and consolidation of company and departmental OKRs, KPIs, and business metrics; prepare dashboards and reports that highlight progress, risks, and variances to keep leadership informed.
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct market, competitor, and regulatory research; translate findings into actionable recommendations that support decision-making.
  • Insight Development: Surface cross-functional observations and propose courses of action to address business gaps, risks, and opportunities.
  • Business Support: Assist in preparing and implementing business improvement action plans; provide operational follow-through to support adoption.
  • Ad-hoc Strategic Support: Provide analysis, business cases, and insights for new initiatives or special assignments.
  • Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Drive the planning and execution of key strategic initiatives by coordinating across departments, establishing clear milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of outcomes that align with company priorities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in either Finance, Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, or management consulting, ideally in B2B products or startups.
  • Strong skills in OKR tracking, data analysis, and business performance monitoring.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical, with a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • High interpersonal aptitude with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and attend occasional offsite business activities.
