Job Overview

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for crafting intuitive, cohesive, and visually engaging user experiences across m360’s digital products. This role blends creative design with analytical thinking—translating user needs and business goals into interfaces that are both beautiful and purposeful.

Working closely with the UI/UX Lead, Product Delivery Managers, and Engineering teams, the UI/UX Designer contributes to the entire design process—from discovery and prototyping to validation and implementation. The role also supports the continuous evolution of m360’s Design System and helps ensure design consistency and usability across all product touchpoints.

This position is ideal for a designer who is passionate about user-centered design, eager to take ownership of projects, and motivated to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design user interfaces that meet both user needs and business objectives.
Support UX discovery activities, including user research, journey mapping, and wireframing.
Create high-quality design deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets for desktop and mobile applications.
Apply and contribute to the m360 Design System, ensuring consistency and adherence to established design standards.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
Work closely with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
Maintain awareness of emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Help identify and document reusable patterns, components, and guidelines that enhance efficiency and scalability.
Champion accessibility and user empathy in all design decisions.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

2–4 years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or a similar role within a technology or SaaS environment.
Proven experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces across the full product lifecycle.
Familiarity with agile delivery processes and cross-functional team collaboration.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and information architecture.
Solid visual design sense, including layout, typography, and color theory.
Ability to translate feedback and research findings into design improvements.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.

Other Requirements:

Familiarity with Webflow or other no-code tools is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
