Job Overview

As the UX Lead, you will spearhead the design strategy and user experience direction for our CPaaS platform—driving seamless, intuitive, and scalable interfaces across our suite of communication APIs, dashboards, and customer tools. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex communication workflows (SMS, voice, chat, email, and integrations) into meaningful and efficient user experiences.

You will be responsible for leading the UX team, setting design standards, and advocating for customer-centered design decisions that balance business goals, technical constraints, and usability principles. Your work will directly shape how developers, partners, and enterprises interact with our communication products.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end UX design for CPaaS products including portals, dashboards, and API tools.
  • Define and maintain design principles, UX guidelines, and interaction patterns for consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to align design strategies with product roadmaps.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation to inform decisions.
  • Mentor and guide a cross-functional UX/UI design team.
  • Simplify complex technical workflows (like API onboarding, configuration, and analytics) into intuitive experiences.
  • Advocate for the customer’s perspective throughout the product development process.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify UX improvements that drive adoption and satisfaction.
  • Qualifications
  • 6+ years of UX or Product Design experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
  • Proven experience designing for SaaS, developer tools, or enterprise platforms (CPaaS experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
  • Skilled in Figma, design systems, and user research methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance user needs with business and technical constraints.
