As the UX Lead, you will spearhead the design strategy and user experience direction for our CPaaS platform—driving seamless, intuitive, and scalable interfaces across our suite of communication APIs, dashboards, and customer tools. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex communication workflows (SMS, voice, chat, email, and integrations) into meaningful and efficient user experiences.
You will be responsible for leading the UX team, setting design standards, and advocating for customer-centered design decisions that balance business goals, technical constraints, and usability principles. Your work will directly shape how developers, partners, and enterprises interact with our communication products.
